At first I seriously thought, given its generic website name, that it was going to be this cheesy website with horribly outlined recipes. But no, I was completely wrong...this website is awesome with amazing recipes, you should def check it out.
I followed their Curry Udon recipe (http://www.japanesecooking101.com/curry-udon-recipe/) to the T (tee? meh) and it was perfect. I loved that it called for making the dashi ( fish broth) from scratch as opposed to using a powdered kind; plus this process was really simple and it's actually used as the base ingredient in many other Japanese faves like miso soup.
