*ETA-posted during our flight, but the wifi signal was kinda weak so it never loaded. Can I just say that having completed that about 24 hours of travel really made me appreciate not being claustrophobic. That was the longest day of. my. life. All in all though, the boys were really well behaved considering they were restricted to 12inches of personal space, had to keep their voices down, and were surrounded by complete strangers who coughed & sneezed so LOUD that they were awaken for their deep sleep (I'm talking to you Japanese man sitting in the next aisle to us!) But again, overall just happy to have made it safe and sound. Okay, now you can read on.*
In 2 more hours, we'll be halfway there -_- not really what I wanted to hear, but thanks TZ for reminding me. But honestly, with a little over 8 hours til we hit Tokyo, it's not so bad; I mean by now, I'd for sure thought each of the boys would have had a crazy meltdown. And although I don't care for tv's on car headrests for kids to watch cartoons during car rides, on this long flight it has been a life saver! The food, eh, not so much unless you like overly salted, mushy food. The triple chocolate brownie and the roll with real butter however-much better :) oh and let's not forget about the free drinks.
So with 8 more hours to go (that's a full day of work!), back to my Girls marathon. Ah yes, another plus, momma gets to catch up on tv time.
